Mangosteen apartment is one of the projects that Q.A.Q is awarded design from basic design to construction design. The project includes 7-storeys building with 46 rooms for rent, combined with amenities such as restaurants, indoor buffer, outdoor areas such as Gym, Spa, swimming pool ... bring relaxation for guests.
After receiving the concept design from a foreign consultant, we also consulted with the investor to adjust the plan, the purpose of optimizing the area and function inside, as well as in accordance with local regulations.

One of the special features of the building is the use of large oval shape doors for the entire facade, combined with flower box and mobile sunshade frames, forming a garden hanging along the facade.

With a location at the intersection of streets, the architecture concept derived out of creating urban oasis and park surrounding the towers with lush natural green spaces and that green enters through the towers at the lobbies and up through the lift lobbies creating green corridors on every level.
