Scale       : 319 townhouses, 01 beach restaurant.

Scope      : Design from Concept to detail design (Architecture, Structure, MEP)

Overall of project is a resort, including townhouses, villas, high-rise hotels, condotel and facilities such as beach restaurant, ballroom center, water park, movie theater, swimming pool ... As part of the overall project planning, the townhouses are designed with simple, modern style and close to nature.
Due to the very high elevation in topography, along with the streets planning with the bow shape, it is very difficult to handle the difference of the facade between the houses. This to become the special and also the biggest challenge of this project. Handling the height of the townhouses so that optimal visibility for the terraces facing the sea and hill direction as well as ensuring the view of the mountain ranges is not obstructed is a top requirement of the customer when join this project.
