Scale       : 02 floors, 9.000m² GFA

Scope      : Full design for Architecture, Structure, MEP, Infrastructure from Concept to details design.

An urban oasis for relax with pockets of horizonal landscaping,  to create a building that offers the experience with nature.

Due to the large area, the clubhouse was divided into 04 scattered blocks, connected by open corridors with light roof. From the main entrance leading to the reception block, followed by the restaurant, ballroom builidng behind. The reception block is connected to the two sides, which are the guest/ staff locker block on the left and the office/ VIP guest on the right.

The facade of the building is mainly glass, stone combined with wood. Because it is a low-rise building and spread horizontally, the frontage of the corridors arranged the setback space, the highlight is equal to the vertical columns to balance it.

Building layout is gradually high to the back, from the entrance to the restaurant building, creating the magnitude of the overall project.
